Library
The library provides opportunities for students to enhance their reading skills, take specialized tests, earn credits on Cyber High (PASS Program) and work on projects (ie Senior Projects). The library has become a hub of activities for our students, both during the school day, as well as some evenings. The Archbishop Hanna High School library is a place for research, study, preparation and production. The library itself houses over 6,000 volumes, an electronic reference center, online subscribed resources, 40 magazine subscriptions, a large collection of audible books and video recordings. Hanna High School library is a primary source for information and curriculum support. Our library functions as the information center for the school by providing access to a full range of information resources, in both traditional and electronic format, and opportunities to acquire information literacy skills and integrated, interdisciplinary learning activities which support the curriculum. The purpose of the school library program is to ensure that all students and staff have the opportunity to become literate, life-long learners and effective and responsible users of ideas and information.
